Norden Farm's Community Kite Festival

Norden Farm’s very first Community Kite Festival is taking place on Sunday 2 September between 1pm – 4pm at Boyn Grove Park (Punt Hill) in Maidenhead.

The festival is a free-to-attend afternoon of fun for all the community! Everyone is invited to bring their own kite creations, pre-owned or shop-bought kites and fly them on the hill. All are welcome, with or without a kite!

As well as all the kite-flying fun, the afternoon will include kite-stunt artist demonstrations, kite-making, music, food from local vendors Pizza Pals and Chut the Cheese Up! And there will also be a bar serving soft drinks and beer provided by Marlow's Rebellion Brewery.

At the event there will be the last -chance opportunity to get creative and make your very own kite if you haven’t already. Alternatively, there are still a few spaces left on their workshops on Saturday 1 September at 11.30am–1pm and 2pm–3.30pm. Can you believe over 1,000 Kites have been made at their workshops so far? It's going to be an amazing event!
