FitBuzz Pilates and Circuit Training classes are group exercise classes suitable for both beginners and mixed ability students at a variety of fitness levels. The groups are friendly and encouraging and every session is different allowing something for everyone. FitBuzz classes are taught by Claire Brooks and classes are based in Maidenhead and Cookham.

What is Circuit Training? Put simply, it’s a whole range of different exercise activities, one after the other, all in one fun-packed class with lots of short breaks built in. We cover all kinds of disciplines using mostly body weight resistance training and some small equipment, we work all the key muscle groups and get the heart pumping with fat-burning cardio exercises too.
